I feel semi-bad for writing this: I am ready to ditch this town! So many things around me seem to scream that it is time:
The constant disagreements that I get in with Annie; even though she's my favorite
Boredom, never ending boredom.
People being so closed minded to new ideas, any new ideas.
Things I know I'm going to miss like crazy:
My mother. Number 1, always
The crazy times with my friends. Creating adventures
The beautiful green color of my bedroom walls. Speaking of bedroom, I'm going to miss my bed too.
Driving around town with Annie, and watching funny Beetles videos

Hi, this is Jeanie, yes I saw your status on facebook and thought I'd check our your blog. First of all, can I just say that having amazing friends helps sOO much! I too was fortunate to have some! That made leaving for College harder.
BUT you need to know that College is a FREAKIN blast. You should check out my blog, I have a few older posts about how much I love college. Lifes a party EVERYDAY hehe. You move to a new town, where people know you as Alexis today and not Alexis yesterday. You know? It's pretty much great to think that people want to be around you and like you for who you are today, and not who you were in grade school. It's refreshing.
I'm not going to lie to you though, when I first moved I had a REALLY hard time because I moved in at Spring Semester and everyone knew everyone. But I'm here to tell you that it will pass and pass quickly.
I've already met some of my BEST friends for life! So go out there and tear up college! You'll love it I promise!
