bawling like a baby

Fact about Alexis Joy:

She's one of the biggest cry babies you'll ever meet when it comes to mushy gushy stuff and churchy stuff. 

Part 1:

Tonight I read a sappy book by Nicholas Sparks.   Through the last quarter of the book I bawled! 

Part 2:

Elder Yack once said, 

"I don't think I've seen any of our friends cry, well with the exception of Alexis when she bares her testimony"

When I bare my testimony I'm not one of those people who well up with tears or choke on their words.  I have a very ugly sobbing cry.  
Last fast and testimony meeting the bishop invited us to share our testimony at the podium or in our hearts.  I chose the later.  I started weeping uncontrollably! I know it sounds pathetic but it is true!




Someone once told me that that the ability to cry is a spiritual gift but I wonder if the the ability to sob uncontrollably is considered the same thing.
