easter without the bunny

I had a very exciting Easter weekend.  Saturday morning was Neola's 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt.  I helped set out the eggs in the field a couple hours before the event started.  When the little kids were in their age designated fields searching for the prize filled eggs, I snapped a couple of pictures.  Overall, this new tradition was great.

Between the Morning and Afternoon sessions of General Conference, a small group of my friends.

After the Saturday Afternoon Session of General Conference concluded I packed my clothes, filled my car with gas, and said goodbye to my mom, I head to Salt Lake City!  The plan: spend the night in Megan's dorm, attend my first ever live session of General Conference, and finish out the day watching the last session at Meg's grandparents house.

I had a fantastic time with Meg and her sweet family.  Their traditions are fantastic!

Overall, my Easter weekend was fantastic.  It lacked Cadburry, egg dye, and hunts but overbundantly had love, friends, family, and the Gospel. It was one of my best Easter yet.  The Spirit was so strong and I was able to focus on it.

P.S. Thanks Meg!  It was one of the best weekends ever!
