welling up

Do you ever have days that you feel like crying for no reason?  

Today my eyes have been extra moisturized, as if I could start crying instantly. 

My heart feels heavy.  

I keep blinking to forbid the tears from coming. 

I try to distract myself from what I'm feeling. 

This is unexplained.
