challenge over

I have not posted for at least 10 days, I think.  Why?  The challenge is boring me to death.

So, I'm going to just update  quickly.

Monday, I had a stomach scope. My stomach looked healed which is good but it doesn't explain why I've been having crazy pains.  They gave me a list of foods to avoid and 2 prescriptions to try.  I go back on the 20th to see if anything has changed.

This is the list of food I'm not supposed to eat:

milk products, caffeinated beverages, fruits, fruit juices, spices and seasonings, salads, salad dressings, vegetables, red meats, food with preservatives, nuts, peanuts, popcorn, corn, food with high fiber content, gravies, sauces, whole/multi-grain breads, and bagels.


Fun! Huh?  I eat bread and turkey.   That's about it
