combing things I love

I think most people have a secret desire to have a profession that isn't very realistic.  For me that secret profession is a photojournalist.  I love capturing real life moments.  As much as I love portraiture, there is something so raw about photojournalism that captures my soul. 

However this is something that overflows my heart--my students.  So I decided to combine my two loves.  I can't post pictures online because it deals with confidentiality laws.  However I think this picture is fine.  This was on Dr. Seuss's birthday and all of the resource students came together for a fun day.

This is completely irrelevant but, The Giving Tree is my favorite children's book.  If I ever get an ipad, I want to do this to it.
