changing plans

I haven't posted a good post in a while. Life is pretty crazy right now, yet not uncontrollable.  School, work, and this new calling make life so incredibly enjoyable.

I have always been the sort of person with a plan.  If I don't have one, it really bothers me.  And I'm in a pretty bothersome boat right now.

I had such a concrete plan--Summer Practicum, Student Teach, Graduate, Mission.  In that order. I'd be done with school by December and going on a mission as soon as I could.  But, now that isn't exactly what might happen.

I'm waiting to hear back about a potential PAID teaching internship at the school I work at--the school I adore. It's my dream job.

I don't want to get my hopes up.  There are many hoops that will have to be jumped through, but it could be life changing.   The teacher that is in the current position could not leave. The district could just replace her with someone already hired. There are many options.

But, my school came to me.  They asked if I would consider changing my concrete plan.  I'm just waiting and praying to hear back.

So, if you could, pray that this works out, I'd love you forever, not that I already don't.

P.S. I still plan on going on a mission I'd just delay it by 6 months. (:
